I agree with you that they have expansion very much in mind, and their current cash generation will encourage bond investors to take up further issues. |

It’s not true, at 30/9/24 they had current liabilities of $97mn, net current liabilities of $41mn and total liabilities less current assets of $50mn. It’s just that their liabilities are not to banks, so they pretend it’s not “debt”. |

Posted at 12/11/2024 09:20 by tim000 Yes, more time and more inclination to do IR. They’ll want to build the business asap in a high gold price world. Capital to do so should be a combination of FCF, bank debt, bonds and equity. So now is the time the Directors will start to prioritise IR. Incidentally, many investors are buying developers because the share prices are “cheap”. That makes no sense to me. New gold mines take years of drilling, regulatory approval and costly construction (esp if underground). At a time when the cost of capital is very high for small caps. It’s a good reason to buy gold miners precisely because supply is so constrained. By contrast, a producing miner can either self-finance or access external capital more cheaply, and clear regulatory barriers more quickly. Business development will be far cheaper, quicker and far more profitable. And less risky too. This is another reason why ALTN is cheap - all the gold investors I know personally prefer stocks like BMV and KEFI and aren’t invested in ALTN. Makes absolutely no sense to me. |

Next year, with investor visits to the mine mentioned, they seem to be gearing up to tell their story.Those investor trips to Kazakhstan are no small undertaking, out of reach for most penny share day traders, so I wonder how we would get on the guest list or if it'll be limited to professionals representing institutions only? Not sure if we have any real institutional investors on board yet, but maybe with the new expansion online we may be big enough to attracts IIs. |

The clowns only posted when share price is going up or when something gets released hoping to get investors interested buying this pile of poo .I've got many thundred housands locked up in this and want to wait as nearly 17 years now and still looking at abyss, These lot of clowns are playing us investors and still stealing cash from investors on poor management and dodgy statements it's not just me and alit of others on here think they are dodgy clowns as well . |
