The issuer advises that the following replaces the Altyn Plc Issue of new shares announcement released at 07:00 GMT 28 October 2019

The total number of voting rights in the Company following the Conversion has been corrected to 2,568,834,400 ,and not as previously stated 2,569,034,400.

Further to the RNS announced on 28 October 2019, in relation to the issue of the 1,158,937 new ordinary shares to be issued in settlement of the fees to the service provider

The Company has no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company following the Conversion will therefore be 2,568,834,400 ,and not as previously stated 2,569,034,400.This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
