Looks like the bonds have been taken up.....Yield Rate and the cut off price for the Book-building for the bonds of the Altyn Public Limited Company has been established at 8.75% and 100.6473% respectively.

In a nutshell, the number of bids at the 8.75% yield rate, so the whole 10m USD bond has been taken up at that rate.

What does the cut off price of 100.6473% mean? Oversubscribed?

Yes, GLA indeed! So many questions, so few answers. Eg - why was the BB extended - poor response? over-subscribed, take-up uncertain? negotiations with JSC Bank not going well/slowly/now unhappy with 6%pa? Issues with LSE/advisor? Tight timing to release cash? etc etc.I need to make time to re-read parts of the Prospectus; was there a minimum subscription requirement in order to proceed? Organic growth without some initial funding I guess would take ages. I don't foresee interest payment issues. Cheers, tightfist

I feel in quite a lot of suspense. I took a large position on the understanding that the 17 million financing was a done deal. Now it looks like we could be in an even better or a worse position. If the bond succeeds and the 17 million closes it will be fantastic. If the bond fails and the bank financing is delayed we are back in the waiting game. On the plus side the company should be significantly cash generative at the current gold price and the value of the company is currently so low it is still a bargain even if financing is delayed. Whilst the upside imo is 3 to 4 times in the next 6 months if all goes to plan. GLA!

A few other companies have also extended their book building in the past. One started with a 10 day book building timetable. Makes you wonder how much pre-listing promotion gets done.

The bonds appear to be unsecured. Makes me think the secured debt is already in place.

They do and the assets are way beyond what you would expect of this market capitalisation but the execution risk is still there.

Which ever way you look at this they seem to be gearing up for a step change in production growth.

Repeat of #1479: If you held nearly 70% of the Equity and had control, would you raise capital through issuing more shares anywhere near today?s sp? Remember, they paid 3p for a shares tranche a couple of years ago..Maybe net raised $9.1m would be sufficient to meaningfully kick-start organic growth? Or maybe it's a negotiating ploy to finally negotiate with JSC-BCC the RECEIPT of some/all of the $17m loan cash?.Time will tell, tightfist

excellance, I would have thought a placing unlikely especially at this price and given they have gone for the bonds plus the levels of ownership that the board have.

That said a placing would remove people's worries about a delisting.

I guess all I can say is look at how many sells there have been and the price has barely moved... There are at least 4 7 figure buy orders over 0.45 on L2. They seem to be happy to soak up all the sells... If they actually started buying...

Littlepuppi7,

You seem to have been saying this for a few days now with the price going down at a rate of knotts. Are you sure that you are not reading your L2 back to front? :-)
