12/11/2020 07:09 | The rise in recent days would appear to confirm that this is a business that is far from going under... | thebigshortfella
11/11/2020 21:09 | Any of the old crew still about? | seangwhite
11/11/2020 19:19 | Good point on PPE, when lockdown ends many businesses will reopen, PPE sales will soar. At 20p ALT is seriously undervalued. As the promo industry recovers so will ALT, 50p is coming soon, back above 100p next year. | stars309
11/11/2020 18:20 | 50 percent up so far this week | robbnw
11/11/2020 13:25 | Absolutely right and he wouldnt have kept buying | robbnw
11/11/2020 12:51 | I think they have certainly gained a significant amount of client loyalty during recent months. I think the biz model needs to drive more sales through its platform - that will make commission reconciliation a lot simpler and more accurate. It still feels like there is a degree of trust placed on the suppliers about how much sales are delivered to them via Smarter. All said, to be where we are, given what has happened, is reassuring. First half update due ahead of Xmas may given further pointers of progress. | northwards
11/11/2020 12:37 | The big thing is that they somehow didn’t dilute shareholders, during the pandemic. Also with MV, the guy just needed cash I reckon. People are very stupid. If he didn’t believe in ALT he would have sold a lot more | billster2018
11/11/2020 12:23 | I completely agree with you . Completely . Investors lost confidence with ALT due to poor communications and lets face it Fincapp have been appallingly bad . Useless really . I know the Board arent happy with them . Who would be . In the end small investors had no real positive news and they panicked . Big time . But they were wrong to . I keep harping about Warren Buffett. When the general public get fearful etc etc . Directors dont sell . yes MV did once . ONCE and he was slated. He wasn't entitled to get some money out for other things . Since then he has bought and bought i am sure . ALT is a sound business . We have lived through COVID and once it is over we will fly . You watch . 50p, 100p and above . Same business as before . People buying now sub 20p will be smiling big time in 12 months . Big time . | robbnw
11/11/2020 11:17 | The thing is, I reckon that they have been refining their business model during the pandemic, which hasn’t really been the investors focus. Investors have just been selling the hell out of the stock due to cash burn and the fact that there has been no light at the end of the tunnel for the Promotional Product market, bar PPE. So I think we need to look back at the success they showed just before lockdown and assume that they have had extra months to further improve this. Also, surely the distributors clients are going to order masses ofPP’s as soon as lockdown is looking like being lifted. 50p by year end is highly possible if the vaccine is real and can be rolled out quickly, anything below that is cheap, IMO. 50p is cheap IMO, if they can show proof the model works, which I think they did, just before the pandemic. | billster2018
11/11/2020 11:03 | The price is so cheap AliSo cheapIf we get a vaccine I reckon we will be back to where we were 50 p as a starter | robbnw
11/11/2020 11:02 | I've been picking since 11p Directors haven't been able buy yet or we would have had an rnsThey will be gutted | robbnw
11/11/2020 10:54 | On a year view 50 is doable. | northwards
11/11/2020 10:46 | wow this lovely increase daily in the share price is so encouraging- i only hope it will be sustained and yet have people stopped adding? i have added twice at 11p and i amvery tempted to do it again! | ali47fish
11/11/2020 10:27 | Picked a few up - should have done that yesterday when I first thought. Still dirt cheap if ALT recover without a fundraise. | napoleon 14th
11/11/2020 08:25 | strong opening | qs99
10/11/2020 21:51 | And big trace just before close | robbnw
10/11/2020 19:57 | Only about 2% of the shares total traded today but a fairly reasonable rise nevertheless. | seangwhite
10/11/2020 15:37 | Nothing goes up in a straight line. However, someone is accumulating by the looks of things - 100,000 trades. | northwards
10/11/2020 14:33 | north why do you say that - it s been nudging up nicely | ali47fish
10/11/2020 12:13 | Madness isnt it but I believe directors are keen to dip in. Who wouldnt be | robbnw
10/11/2020 12:05 | Any dips from here and I suspect we will see buying. | northwards
10/11/2020 12:03 | By mid month is my understanding. Suspect auditors are the delay. | northwards
10/11/2020 11:56 | When will that be | robbnw
10/11/2020 10:31 | noblis, I bought a load of ARE as well, cracking recovery stock....likewise EQLS, BILB, AMGO this morning, all of which IMO haven't really started reflecting a new normal 2021 and beyond. DYOR as ever, also bought ALT this morning for the rider..... GLA | qs99 |
