There will be zero impact of the acquisition in the aimpro traction . We just have to treat the update like the acquisition hasn’t happened I think

My opinion is that they've already shown the traction is there and that the model is working. It's now just a question of how many ordering members they have on the system.

By the end of March, if they have 345 ordering members and have onboarded ~45% of the suppliers then I'll be happy. That would give a run rate of double what it was in the Dec update.

Next one may be too early to see the traction they have (hopefully) gained since the take over. If it shows proper traction, this will fly. Normally by the time you see full proof, you’ve missed it, but I guess with a stock this under the radar, it may be different.

Yep but a word of caution even when the aimpro updates have been great this has gone down. It’s genrally risen going into the statement

Great that we are holding on to the high so long however that bodes really well

Why would you say that about the person who has more skin in the game than the rest of us combined? The guy wants the same as us and uses his own money to prove it. His interests are our interests. I don’t see him looking to sell out on any rally like many do at other companies.

this is the deal on this stock

the recent acquisition means they control (but dont own) their targeted market

if they convert 1% of this into their own sales (via usage fees , subscriptions etc) the share price goes to £4.50, 2% and its £9.90, 3% and its £16.20 and 4% its £27+

The downside is if they dont convert this into sales and get less than 1%, = share price is 10p !!!!....

BTW im in and believe they will convert this "controlled market" into sales and when it starts the market will react. Until the sales revenue begins to grow the big boys will sit back.

I'm certainly a long term holder. The next trigger will most likely be a q1 trading update in c 6 weeks, unless they stick to a 9 week update cycle.Worth also noting that ALT is hardly on anyone's radar - that will change, and when it does, the share price will react.
