As expected the SCSW didnt mention ALT in today's newsletter but i didnt expect they would . The key thing is that the editor is a BIG FAN of ALT and believes it will be a major multi bagger . Like Fever Tree or 4imprint Imagine if ALT followed either of those .SCSW editor feels that is exactly what will happen As editor of the SCSW , he only holds 14 shares in his growth portfolio including ALTHe bought ALT at 24p initially and then added as the share price rose . And he has no intention of selling . I am sure if he could he would buy more but in a share growth portfolio like his , he needs to hold a range of shares . All good for us !!

Stephen I like your optimism! We'll need news to get us there. With Prelims due in the next month or so, comment on current trading could be the trigger. share price graph looking good and long term trending up.

At this point i must mention the Altitude patent, simply to say, Walmart do need to check the small print. Maybe they could be in a spot of bother.

There has been talk for month`s now of consolidation, this seems like a good time for it to start. That is certainly not to suggest Altitude should be gobbled up, more like, Altitude has all the tools to challenge anybody and is more likely now to start attracting the Institutions to take a piece prior to the accelerated growth that is about to ensue. Altitude paper looks most attractive now and likely to look even more attractive as 2018 unfolds, and the prospect of extremely profitable 2019/20.

SCSW says, "Alt will not be hurt by Walmart" think about that! Walmart is a $263bn company based in the States with an enormous reach and presence and cannot hurt Altitude. What a statement that is.

This extract from SCSW from November:

The reason I am suggesting taking profits in 4Imprint’s shares is because I noticed that in August, Walmart officially entered the promotional goods space. Its online design tool allows shoppers to personalize/customize products with imagery and text. I think it could take the shine off 4Imprint’s future sales growth.

Against that background, it might appear counterintuitive to suggest buying Altitude, which supplies software into this space and has hitherto been 4Imprint’s less successful rival. But as I describe, Altitude is one of the few vendors that can deal with the needs of promotional goods resellers, with a highly verticalised ERP system delivering an end-to-end solution for managing orders and for web site search and design, helping customers visualise branded products before ordering.

Altitude’s software enables small promotional goods resellers to compete with larger players such as 4Imprint, Vistaprint, Staples and Walmart.

As I describe below, although the promotional goods industry is large, it is still in the early stages of adopting software, with only the largest market participants having any kind of software. Walmart’s move is going to shake up the sector and the small PPDs are going to have to get their act together. Certain Walmart rivals will be chomping at the bit and wondering how they can get into the space - and this too is where Altitude comes in.
