So, what's going on within Alpha? I'll tell you exactly what's happening. London sources, the balance sheet and the Auditor, indicate that not only is it looking to place but there's a very real chance that a new prospectus with a placing and a death spiral could land on the heads of those being beguiled. This is a company, that has broke contract confidentiality, contract/s and market rules with whispers of major contracts just over the hill, (contracts that haven't materialised), not least with the 'Man from the Pru' (Prudential). With no cash, no revenue, contract breach/s and a '£1 fish acquisition' are we really to believe they're going to sign major deals with multi-billion-dollar companies.

Basically they are accusing the company of instigating a ramp to raise the share price to then raise funds. Its defamatory nonsense at best.

Swick just joined a few months back. If you checked the last results the entire BOD wages was about £200k.
Employed paid staff is just 5 in number.
Going forward even if their total salary is £250k pa that's small compared to many companies. There are companies on the junior market where the CEO alone earns more than that. Not to mention those on the main market even small comparable ones.
Time will tell and imho this will be a star performer on the market

Euclid: Can't vouch for its accuracy but I repost this from the lse board:
"It's in London towards the middle of Feb. date and venue not confirmed yet. Danny and the Team over from the U.S.
If you email Rory at Alpha he will but you on the mailing list for when the date is confirmed"

7r - It's just their MO. Sling enough mud at enough companies and eventually somewhere you'll be right. Then you can champion yourselves as the protector of the private investor and increase your subscribers. Also, told a while back, that certain parties pay them to do a hatchet job on specific companies to suit their ends. Bunch of shysters.

Would help if they exchanged some of their salary for shares. Bod take £145k pa taken from prospectus, and checked with Alpha, Swick is paid £90k. Nearly £250k pa on salaries.

Has been no rns that they have swapped salary for shares to preserve capital. And wasn't told that when I spoke to them recently.

If they want to get their share price up they can do this by buying shares in the open market or in the next placing whenever that is. Money talks and BS walks.

Having been invested since last June my opinion here is based on the research I've spent time doing. The product/vehicle Alpha offer to insurance institutions can provide high returns, launched last February here......https://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/ALGW/13522421.htmlLike all small start-ups certain licences will need to be in place for operating predominantly in the US market of SLS assets with the latest RNS adding value to Alpha moving forward to attain these assets for investments. As the hype around Oct/Nov on contracts being signed didn't follow through the reflection in the share price highlighted this. Whether your here to trade or a longer term investment, the management at Alpha have set targets to increase the share price and company's MC value. This can only be Achievable by securing multiple contracts with substantial value i.e 5m plus tickets.

What's the investor meeting. Is it for clients of theirs or shareholders?

They are starting to post on Twitter about Swick being on London and they expect 3 deals to be announced....bla blah. This is a rinse repeat hash of the ramps of last year. That's what I find really annoying, because just let the comp do the talking not Twitter dampers. It will get marked as an overamped stock if this time round they don't deliver these so called contracts

I look at start ups everyday and algw really interests me, it's a growth sector with excellent management and hands down beats the risks involved in pharmas or explorers for example, of course there is risk in any start up but it all comes down to minimising that risk.

Reasonable spread for once and decent buying interest. Could be a very good day today.
