17/1/2019 15:31 | A few inexperienced sellers sold on the post below, I find it inexplicable that a human could walk into a bank, a public place, brandishing a weapon, talk about a low life. | 7rademark

16/1/2019 21:10 | doubt it, not enough larger buys taking place, to warrant news flow. The only positive is news on raising more funds, not multi million pound deals being signed. Twitter boards & these boards were blasting about the deals back in Aug/ Sept 2018, 5 months later nothing. pi's here think it's a simple nod in the coffee bar deal, lots of company protocols to go through before they get the funds. such us setting up the SPV's then rasining funds via investors / bond holders - then they will have to buy up a life book to the tune of £20m odd or so - they will need to assess the policies - takes time all this. but expect possible news buy Feb / March | euclid5
16/1/2019 18:46 | A touch more interest in buying shares at over 2p lately, the stock has consolidated at this level for sometime so we are primed for news flow. Not long to wait imo. | 7rademark

11/1/2019 13:15 | The BlackOak Investors LP unit price as of 31 December 2018 is $21.8047. This represents annualised growth of 8.90% for the last 6 month period; and a 17.18% annualised return since fund inception in 2014. Importantly, 68.3% of returns generated to date have been through realised gains - positive cash flows generated through policy maturities and trades. A further 5 policies entered BlackOak's portfolio in December, with a combined death benefit of $4.0m. The vast majority of recent acquisitions have been rated A+ by A.M. Best, which resulted in the weighted average rating of the portfolio increasing from A to A+ in December. Similar portfolio statistics can be found in the Portfolio Composition Report which is available upon request (investors only). World equity markets continue to experience heightened volatility, reminding investors of the need to maintain a diversified portfolio inclusive of low correlation assets. During these periods it is typical to see increased demand for absolute return / low correlation assets that offer the potential for attractive returns. Despite continued yield compression in the life settlement market, the Investment Manager remains focused on its fundamental strategy of selectively acquiring policies that are likely to meet or exceed performance expectations. | euclid5
