As usual mm’s manipulating the market to get hold of cheaper shares to fill large orders. BUY and hold on the dips. Watch when the first contract news drops. These will rocket!

I think they and/or potentially you are misreading the situation - one speculation is not inside information and the standard line from most companies is that they don't respond to bulletin board or social media speculation.Second the figure is being misrepresented at previous meetings and discussions there has been talk with work with a big four accountancy firm that is known to be E&Y have created this hybrid asset class and it is based on a 150mln deal which I believe is an equity debt deal 2/3 equity - this is where this number I believe has originated from.

I agree the dilution is small was expecting a much larger placing

I shall email the company later today to state that there is BB discussions speculating on a £150m contract deals. They then should release an RNS

Anyone can make that story up, if they are not then they are disclosing inside information which as you know is illegal

They ramped it so people buy the shares they shorted knowing they were going to close their shorts at 2p after the placing

As a bonus they threw in the "theres a £150m contract"

Overall not a bad rns as not much dilution with 20% increase in share capital to 126m shares, that's the placing out of the way. Lets see what they delover in contract size later this year or by YE 2018

Placing has been done to release contracts. They needed balance sheet to show stronger as they are rated by agencies

Theres the placing RNSMr Swick scooping up his share, confidence in the company.They said there would be no placing as deals would fund the company going forward. Deals have not landed.See what happens before xmas.....

Interesting how shorters are quick to deliver ramp a share with so much potential,stigma taking shares is a huge sign of the potential here.The model has already taken off in the US ,with Danny swick having vast experience in the sector .Any dips imvho are a chance to accumulate and should be taken when opportunities arise. Main market share with a bright future .
