This is almost a textbook story where failure has been consistently well rewarded.Placings after Placings keep funding directors life style

OT pmo has debt but its manageable if the poo is stable, for me its debt was priced in at 120p. Today's price 20p ishGenl crashed on fears its not getting paid, those payments are coming through now and they have piles of cash and pay a massive divi. Back here I personally believe the rns before Xmas was a mistake, stating they are working hard before and immediately after the holiday implied news was imminent imo

NOW IF THESE DIRECTORS BELIEVE IN WHAT THEY ARE SAYING THAT ALGW HAS A SHINING BRIGHT FUTURE AND 100 MILLION FACILITY WILL BE SIGNED, THEN MY FRIENDS ASK YOURSELF A QUESTION WHY ARE THEY NOT BUYING SHARES AT SUPPOSEDLY SUCH A LOW PRICE KNOWING FULL WELL share price WILL ROCKET PASS 5p ONCE THE 100MIL RNS IS RELEASED

They knew full well in December that this 100 million facility wasn't going to close in janbut they worded the RNS in a way that it misled investors into believing that it would which pumped up the share price and exactly what these directors wanted Perfact for 2 very quick placings, happy days Directors salaries sorted for the year

Chart looks great here for a bounce. Few disgruntled holders, which I don't blame in lack of news. But can see an easy 100 percent plus in the next month or so in anticipation & market correction, imo. Undervalued at these levels, recently raised at 1.75 & nothing has changed. Signing of deals will take longer due to pandemic. But if you have the slightest of patience, easy returns.

Cheers. I also think Lloy in the 20's and I'm buying Barc under 80 but it might go lower. Be a long fall out for banks after this when default on loans and mortgages roll in.

That's interesting. Sold a chunk of Lloyd's at 60. Have since bought a few EQT who are under new management and turn waste into clean energy. I'm waiting for Lloyd's to go to the mid/low 20s and fancy PMO but a bit worried about their debt mountain. Keep safe. Still hoping for good news from ALGW but wasnt too impressed with the latest podcast. Keep safe!

Same here. I have PMO and RRE. I will switch to Barc and HSBC at some point for longer term holding.

High H1, Im in genl and pmo. Bought both earlier in the week, there is risk of course, watching HSBC lloy and barc but they could fall further imo. Everything is a risk currently. Strange days.

Hi 7, good to see you are still here. I agree on oil and banks. Which do you fancy?

I'm with you on that one, always worth small top ups here at the 1p range but I'm heavily into oil and will switch to the banks once I think the time is right, it seems obvious but nothing is certain.

Divmad, that is why I sold this when this all kicked off last month or so. I found it hard to believe they will secure this anytime soon when cash is king etc. Having said that, its a good price down here, but for the time being there are better oil opportunities. I'll be back then :)

Divmad, if they have secured the RCF, they would of had to RNS the news

Is it time to build a holding here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The former director didn't think so - as the 9.1m shs issued to him after warrants is about 4% - so where's the TR1 to show the increased holding ?

Takinhg into a/c the 11.526m = 5.7% increase in their holding

No TR1 to say what they have increased by or reduced by - so they can't be that confident as a former director

The key question is, will the global widening of junk bond and credit spreads impact ALGW's ability to secure the RCF at a commercially attractive rate against the asset backing?

We have been told they will be managing up to £800m in FUM in a few years time - so tink of the AMC & profits they will earn - even Blackstone may get on the BOD soon - a few LSE posters mention - check out LSE board - very knowledgeble posts there

Don't forget Swick mentioned we could be worth £100m market cap in 3 - 5 years - so approx a 3000% market cap increase from where we are today or 600% py increase

Funny how the BOD's don't seem to be buying any shares at sunch a low price - but I guess they could of bought in the last placing. Or is this company in a 365 day close period!

off course, they need to still be paid - they are working very hard to deliver results & enhance value for s/holders - nothing wrong with taking £225k salary for just 2 Directors for a loss making unproven company - rinse repeat remember
