Took this opportunity to grab another bunch of shares. Can't see us hitting a lower low atp, although, if we do, I'll grab another bag.

Am a TOOP holder for over a year. More like 5 bagger if margins improve considerably compared to this time last year . Poor customer reviews over last 6 months does not help

Oh look who’s back the two numties Troytate and berlintim. It’s funny that you only comment when the share price starts to fall. Friends of that other delta on Twitter are you - everyone can see right through you and ADVFN should be banning the multiple accounts you post under!!!

From 17th December rns:The Subscription Shares will, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares and following the issue of the Subscription Shares the Company will have utilized all of the currently available authorisations it has to issue shares for cash.

And he added: "Also - should have mentioned. The balance so far for the last two days have seen 3 million more sells than buys. So the MMs are nicely going long and accumulating shares ready to sell back again later. This is a change of behaviour".

There were a lot of negative moans over on the LSE board yesterday about why there had not been an RNS about the Annual Meeting, why was it being held at 8.00am on the 'wrong' side of the city, how the company plans to do another raise etc which knocked sentiment and the price. However, Ophidian, whose opinion I respect, has just posted this which I think hits the nail on the head:

"I've spent a chunk of this morning re-reading the AGM notice and the prospectus and well pretty much all there is to read and I've come to some conclusions. Firstly, the AGM is not brought forward simply because there is a need to issue 2 million shares to Colva. Actually if you read carefully there is already provision within the existing resolution passed last time to allow for this irrespective of the number of shares already used to raise cash. That and the fact that I still think there is sufficient within the savings from changing the deal to have met that need. So why bring the AGM forward a month compared to last year. Basically - I think it's because the deal is done and will land before hand. Get the AGM out of the way and clear the decks for a mammoth period of growth.

It isn't surprising that we are seeing some selling from impatient types but they may not have long to regret their tactics and I suspect they will be part of the herd trying to jump back in.

Anyway, either way not long, the countdown is on."

One thing I have learned about the BoD is that whilst everything may be quiet on the news front they have been busy behind the scenes sorting out due diligence, appointing key personnel and negotiating with some big players in the market. The KPMG report was a stunner and vindicates the product.

Rome wasn't built in a day and if things pan out as hoped we will certainly have our day with this one.

Clearly stepping it down. Flurry of buys and again it drops. However, not putting in a penny more.
