amazing performance by ATT again today as nasdaq falling and NAV now close to share pice . I expected it be down about 6p today but acrtually closed at high for the day !

apax is better with a c15pc discount as it is ranked higher- I am watching it- I can't work out what differentiates icgt- any comments from an insightful investor welcome

ATT discountto their Nove 11th Nav is-3.47% compared to a 12m average discount of -3.97% about right I'd have thought for it's investment profile -compared to the 5.2% premium of SMT - it is positively modest. As to trusts with a discount of - 20% I'd be extremely wary unless they were private equity based - where prudence has and does dicate that sort of discount -although those with a long -term record like ICGT would perhaps seem to deserve better:-)

Ali47. I also hold att and am a huge fan but they are now trading at around nav whereas mnl are still at a discount of around 20% and hold about 2 3rds of their portfolio in 4 fangs.

Well I know MNL, Manchester & London is still on a 20% discount.

Jeez, it's November now and ATT has been going gangbusters for quite a while - it gets very little exposure in the press compared to SMT -well basically zero - just a very well managed trust in a growth market - as to the future.... ?
