17/4/2014 07:06 | ("Allergy Therapeutics" or "the Company") Extension of Convertible Loan Note with CFR International SpA Allergy Therapeutics plc, the fully integrated specialty pharmaceutical company, announces that CFR International SpA and the Company have agreed to extend the term of the GBP4.04 million convertible loan made available to the Company on 30 March 2012. The date of maturity of the convertible loan has been extended from 20 April 2014 to 30 September 2014. All other terms for the Convertible Loan remain unchanged Fascinating news and not unexpected. Have they moved it back to September so that it can be included in the finals and they now expect the share price to be double so will only have have to issue half the amount of shares? I hope so. dyor/impo | jimmyloser
14/4/2014 22:29 | will help it attract a US partner for its PQ platform That is why the surge in interest.....no mention of doing it themselves...attract a partner!!!!!! IMPO/DYOR Great report and paid for by AGY | jimmyloser

14/4/2014 11:30 | Unable to post report, suffice to say very upbeat - excerpt below. Investor interest in the allergy immunotherapy (AIT) market remains strong following the FDA's approval of the first AIT tablet product and Circassia's recent high-profile £200m IPO. Allergy Therapeutics, which recently gained Health Canada's blessing for its trial plans for Pollinex Quattro (PQ) Grass, hopes the US approval of its competitors' AIT products will help it attract a US partner for its PQ platform. Such a deal would materially transform Allergy's prospects and substantially increase our valuation. I believe that the company are a client of Edison. The reports are very unbiased and neutral. impo/dyor You can subscribe free for Edison reports | jimmyloser

08/4/2014 10:53 | Interesting line of thinking....no US partner maybe needed! | audigger
08/4/2014 09:42 | Nice bit of Blue!. I think they will carry on as they are and increase turnover in territories they already have sales in, the US will come before the trials in Canada and the US have finished, IMO.:0) I think they could create their own sales force, they have around 107 sales people now. :0) | cube boss
08/4/2014 07:12 | Cube et al, we need some debate lol, so here goes..... I find this line from the interims statement to be intriguing - what is your take on it. It is the word 'options' that has me intrigued. "We continue to explore our strategic options for the development and commercialisation of Pollinex Quattro in this territory." Just what do you see their strategic options being? Sell the company? Part of the company? Create our own sales force al la Circassia? Appoint an International Medical Company? Appoint several distributors in various states? | jimmyloser
04/4/2014 17:47 | Not that far away - it's champagne these days lol Good Luck Cube. We appear to be on a winner here. Imagine what even a snicket of positive news will do here and you will not be able to imagine what solid news on the USA would do to the share price in your wildest dreams. impo | jimmyloser

03/4/2014 07:16 | Thanks guys for the information. It appears that flaky, panicky sellers along with those who are satisfied with their profits are having every loose share snapped up by real value investors. This AGY has made a new higher altitude camp having climbed rapidly from the 8p base camp and any further positive news will see it climb higher. When it does announce the USA tie up/strategy, it will sprout wings and fly sky high and I am sure that no one will disagree with that view. They need twelve months. I am in no hurry. INVESTORS SHARE. impo/dyor | jimmyloser |
