News were due to be released, plus the Options at 50p being taken so enough money for the £125M needed to increased the stake for AAQUA B.V and MESH Holdings to be reorganised as one.


AAA announces that the Company's ordinary shares have been suspended from trading, pending the provision of further information on the Company's investments in AAQUA B.V and MESH Holdings plc and the Company's indirect interest in Sentiance NV.

It's tanking because a well known shorter let a 1 million go around 60p.This set the ball rolling, followed by mindless rumours of a discounted placing.
Anyone who read the hiring announcement a couple of days ago could not fail to be impressed by their credentials.If the recent article about AAA on Citywire is anything to go by, theres plenty of gas left in the tank,hopefully enough propulsion to blow the shorters sky high, and catch them in a classic bear trap.
