IOCA could turn to be a pointless project, from UFO's point of view. (and that is a great shame: it could have been $$millions to UFO -- everyone in the 'chain of scrutineers', ought to have spotted and edited/deleted the PP terms) AIMHO, of course. Look what Dip shyte has done over on GGP ramp ramp ramp with hydrowrong keeping the old boys from selling. For what it is worth it is cheap and we prob will do ok out of it but be in no doubt, slimy rich decides what we get. The board has been cleaned out and rich friendly have been placed in. It was agreed as part of the deal with Richard shesiman company when we had no ceo to negotiate a good deal. No wonder our legal counsel non exec director resigned recently. Basically it says if a list of criteria are met then ufo will owe slimy rich company 50 percent of the valuation uplift of the project. One of the clauses is “decision to mine “. So as soon as they have done all the work and a decision to mine is met then the valuation at that point is split in two and that money is owed to slimey rich. Considering where the share price is if we made a decision to mine tomorrow the company is worth nothing as the money owed would likely be worth more than the whole company. No wonder all fhe board have resigned and a new Richard friendly board has been placed in. The new chairman gets shares for paying and negotiating this payment. Couldn’t make it up. Basically the whole company is a shadow director company for slimy rich who has de facto control of all. He is not a trust worthy character. The clause where ufo pays up front HALF of the NPV if they decide to mine. What company could ever afford to do that. Slimy rich got UFO by the balls.
