29/4/2019 17:19 | oldham45: Provide the patents have any value they could be sold for the best possible price (possibly sealed tender) and the directors would be negligent (imo) if they did not attempt to flog them | pugugly
29/4/2019 10:13 | Not sure of the answer but, if you wind up a company, do you in effect, cancel the patents attached to that company and would that be desirable? | oldham45

08/2/2019 10:36 | Multicom Fact Sheets for St Elmo Vanadium Project hxxps://www.mcres.co FACTSHEET Newsletter #1 Saint Elmo Project September 2018 ‘The Project will use proven processing technology which includes a pressure/temperature leach followed by the traditional vanadium pentoxide recovery process including solvent extraction, desilication, ammonium metavanadate (AMV) precipitation and de-ammoniation.̵ FACTSHEET Newsletter #3 Saint Elmo Vanadium Project February 2019 ‘A Water Supply Strategy has been undertaken to understand alternate sources of water including current or proposed water sources in the region. This strategy also considered options which may have broader potential benefits to Julia Creek and surrounding communities, including other potential users in the North West Minerals Province. Details will be confirmed following additional studies. At the same time, Multicom’s engineering team have assessed the processing options to improve the efficiencies of water use where possible. Currently, both pressure leaching and heap leaching processes are being considered, with both options addressed in the EIS.' Note that heap leaching has only been included in the most recent Multicom factsheet….thi Something has happened between September and February, probably with the public consultations to make them think twice about methodology‼ Because of the sensitivity of the water suppies in the area, have they been forced to take the heap leaching seriously as a more environmentally friendly option? So does heap leaching use less water than pressure leaching?...is this the issue they are looking at or is used water more easy to treat using one or other of the processeses? Either way, heap leaching at leasts SUGGESTS (to me anyway) less water and easier to treat used water. Initially, 10,000tons per year! IMO we could win this contract! GLA ‼ | snowman100

If the Company has failed to appoint a replacement Nomad by 4 March 2019 the admission of its AIM Securities will be cancelled. - Also have they got enough cash to pay nomad fees? Far cheaper to take private but would being private give them enough visability to continue being able to suckle at the teat of PI funding? " | pugugly
15/1/2019 11:14 | sleveen 28 Sep '18 - 18:04 - 4196 of 4235 The cash flow forecasts prepared by the directors indicate that the Company should be able to cover its operating costs for a twelve months period, however the minimal headroom in the forecast together with the uncertainty surrounding the Group's ability to generate positive operating cash flows indicates a significant risk relating to going concern. It is currently anticipated that further funding will be required in the next twelve months. (Yet another) placing soon boys! ----> share price now below the nominal share price value, so a share consolidation and then a placing...probably. | sleveen
