Not looking good here. Costs were always an issue but now business has dried up it's even more of an issue. Possible fund raising coming? They're gonna have to convince a few to part with their cash.

Result of General Meeting

At the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were passed.

As a result, and as further described in the announcement of 13 February and circular of 28 February 2012, the Company has today issued GBP350,000 of Preference Shares and warrants to subscribe for GBP350,000 of shares in the Company at an exercise price of 0.16p per share.

Yesterday's large buy 31,250m shares was the agreed sale from Tevor Coote to Angus Rose @ 0.16p as disclosed in the RNS

Angus Rose is ADS's recently appointed Finance Director.

Chartered Accountant by trade and FD of a couple of other investment firms (Herald & MacArthur & Co) Also working at Falcon Capital as Managing Partner.

Alexander David SECURITIES GROUP PLC (ADS.LN) said it has agreed to buy Bridge Hall Stockbrokers Ltd. for GBP30,000, despite warning that it expects to show a "modest loss" for 2011 due to a continued slowdown in its markets.

"This loss is due to a number of factors but the main reasons include reduced trading volumes and a smaller number of corporate transactions in the last five months of the year. Market conditions have also led to delays in completing corporate transactions," it said.

Shares -19% at 0.15 pence.

I don't own any shares....but the latest news looks very dubious morally imo...
so I create a thread to see if any interest in a shareholders action group ..to remove the directors and/or discuss voting against the issue of preference shares and warrants....

the issue of preference shares and warrants....
looks to give the first priority of ownership of the company to the directors..
and pays them 12% interest on their preference shares which have massive warrants issue attached...

Any opinions ?

(with 100 shareholders with over 100 pnds of shares each....resolutions can be put into the agenda for the AGM, ref. Company Act 2006)

dont know,.,,they tend to take fees as shares and then use them to paper the office...

did look back this time last year..could we be seeing some director buys again? seem to all be through December for some reason
