Been following close, the matala deal is game changer for this co.
I also interested that Randgold are involved in Mali.
put a $8m val on this alone. RG don't buy into 600k ounces. Try 5m oz. ;)

Well if we just take Matala they are probably going to need a couple of million to part fund capex. Then they will need £7m+ for working capital. Then there is keeping the company going for a few years till it is up and running.

Then there is the fact the Chinese will want a slice of the company for providing the capex, which was omitted in the last RNS. Maybe 60% as Randgold took off them.

If they are going to raise £10m+ that is going to be from IIs who are not going to want to help the PIs out. The idea that all these placings are going to be at higher and higher levels is fanciful.

imho if there is to be fundraising at some point then it will be at a much higher share price They prob need £2-3M and (rule of thumb) would offer approx 1B shares so, at a guess, share price would need to be in the .4p region. As always DYOR and glta
