14/4/2016 17:07 | I see Beaufort Securities reissued their 'speculative buy' rating on ALO; They have done this on the same day that they have cashed in their 38.75m warrants. I presume it is a case of do what I say and not what I do. | kimboy2
14/4/2016 16:40 | Thanks miller - you have done what I wanted you to do, which was expose yourself for the liar you are, to all others on this board, so that they do not take you at your word anymore. See ya. | sea7
14/4/2016 16:28 | That's right Stupid 7 and yes as I told you I am a local polician with a chance of becoming an MP. OF COURSE I LIE THROUGH MY BACK TEETH FRONT AND front as well ......ITS THE BRITISH WAY. PATLIAMRNT WOULD SKIN AN HONEST MEMBER AS THAT MEMBER WOULD MAKE THE REST LOOK THE BARSTEWARDS THEY ARE WHY SHOULD OTHERS BE INTERESTED IN WHAT SHARES I HOLD SURELY OTHERS HAVE ENOUGH TO DO LOOKING AFTER THEIR OWN AFFAIRS. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO | danielmiller1
14/4/2016 16:25 | Yep, and certainly didn't warrant (excuse the pun!) the resulting share price drop. | bungeetrader
14/4/2016 16:20 | So today's RNS tells us that all of £31k's worth of shares (£0.0008 X 38,750,000) will be issued next week. Hardly a dilution worth mentioning! | indi123
14/4/2016 16:14 | So, the others on this board can not actually be sure whether you are invested in alo or not, as by your own admittance you lie through your teeth. | sea7
14/4/2016 16:12 | We knew this was coming. Alecto Minerals plc (AIM: ALO), the Africa-focused gold and base metal exploration and development Company, has issued 38,750,000 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ('Ordinary Shares') as a result of an exercise of 38,750,000 warrants exercisable at 0.08 pence each (the 'Warrant Shares'). Application will be made for the Warrant Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company, to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). Following the issue of the Warrant Shares, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 3,628,564,850 Ordinary Shares. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total current voting rights in the Company are therefore 3,628,564,850. | danielmiller1
14/4/2016 16:11 | Of course I lie I have told you that, only a fool would be honest in a den of thieves lololololololo | danielmiller1

14/4/2016 15:57 | Video interview with Mark Jones Mark Jones, chief executive of Alecto Minerals PLC (LON:ALO) tells Proactive Investors the company is looking to advance its Matala Gold project in Zambia “rapidly, quickly, and at as low a risk as possible”. He speaks after the mining junior revealed a positive feasibility study on the site as well as a financing agreement to build and develop the project. Alecto has been working with two Chinese companies, Yantai Xinhai Machinery Co. Ltd (Xinhai) and PenMin (Pty) Ltd (PenMin), over the proposed construction and financing, and Jones says the next step is to complete the financing and finalise the terms on the loan facility. “Obviously there’s a lot more to do but we have de-risked it [the project] significantly and as a result we are more bullish,” he adds. | proactivest
14/4/2016 15:55 | Somebody needs to open a new board. Yorgi, where are you? | paleje
14/4/2016 15:54 | Dan you claimed to be holding 10m shares in GDP and be in the process of getting a bid together to buy the whole company. Then you claimed to buy 200,000 shares one day and lo and behold it got reported as a director buy later on. The Walter Mitty of AIM. | kimboy2
14/4/2016 15:50 | Sound advice Bill I have told the Cruds the same I would not want them aboard. But for the moment they are doing a good job of giving us the opportunity to counter their rubbish while showing themselves to be a pair or really uneducated opportunists. Time will favour the right here. | danielmiller1
14/4/2016 15:48 | Anyone selling here take a look at HER, volume today and the 1 trade, all points to news soon, no ramp just observation, GLA!!! | fenseal3
14/4/2016 15:46 | If you were a shareholdercyou could ask them why they have done thisThere may be a very simple explanation but really does it matter that much in the overall scheme of things At present out c/v us £4m and we have other strings to our bow and a very strong jv. Last I am saying on this to defend ALO. Don't invest it is no differencevto me.Good luck in wgatever other company you select. | billthebank
14/4/2016 15:46 | Stupid 7 how many time do you need to be told and that point GDP had announced it was their intetion to make the payment of a dividend their policy. I was pleased to hear that as the returns were good, sure I bought at the top, Many did the same as none of us knew that Visage could not put two and two together and this the company was in dire straights I soon got out as you know. However what is your point as I was a buying from 7p up and a few quick deals around 4/5 also I found. Broker who would short for me when ai felt it was going to 2p. At one stage such was my false sense of trust in the BoD I held over 120000 shares. When I got out On feeling the accounting was flawed I was able to show a small gain of £11674.07p It's all a matter of record. I am not GDP I don't make false calls! Now Stfu | danielmiller1
14/4/2016 15:40 | 0.08 p new shares of a few more ms. | ym
14/4/2016 15:25 | Well I will give you a little example. When they bought Matala they said that had an NPV of $18m. Come the RNS this week and the NPV had increased miraculously to $28.6m. This was done by changing the discount rate from 10 to 8. It should really be about 15 for Zambia, but that may well not produce a positive number so they can't do that can they. | kimboy2
14/4/2016 15:22 | Dan - I would be grateful if you would be honest and not selective about your posts to others - you are on record on the GDP board as claiming to have bought goldplat at 16.5p which was the all time high, you also bought at 15.65p around the same time according to your posts. You always call a share both ways, at the same time and always claim to be right, no matter what the stock does. Lying to those on this board is childish. | sea7
14/4/2016 14:21 | Nice reversal. | oilbuy
14/4/2016 13:57 | You guys need to meet up in a boxing ring for a three round bout and sort this spat out. FFS boys park it please. I would rather hear nothing than read this. Filter button is of course an option. Clearly Kimboy you have no intentions of buying in here or you want to get in at a lower sp? DanielMiller clearly is invested and wants to see ALO move forwards. As you are both poles apart and have no like for one another the discussion is fruitless. Comments like it is what the statement doesn't say are valueless. The past director (come on) what is that all about?? ALO is moving on at a pace and a lot of people think that otherwise there would be no upward movement. I like what I am hearing and happy. If I am wrong well que sera sera. Too many other aspects of life to enjoy than discuss this. Good luck in whatever you do Kimboy2. Whatever happened to Kimboy1? | billthebank |
