   Disposal of investment in Oakland Care Centre 
 
   The Board is pleased to announce the successful sale of its investment 
in Oakland Care Centre Limited, realising net proceeds of GBP5,705,000, 
compared to book value of GBP5,289,000 at 30 September 2014, and cost of 
GBP3,287,000. 
 
   As a result of the sale, Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC has, since its 
original investment in November 2010, received a return of approximately 
2.0x its investment, including loan stock interest received over the 
course of the investment.
