Of particular note, "the wellness products are clearly the future of the organisation" and the HIT test "is being embraced by key healthcare organisations across the US".

Up to $2.85 in the USA at the start (pretty volatile though) - that's around 210p at current rates.

Brexit is at least good for foreign-denominated stocks!

Terrific volumes too in the USA with 370,000 shares traded already.

It certainly aint bad news - indeed long overdue - but Cardinal Health have been selling the PIFA Heparin device almost from the outset (8 years ago?) and the results there have been woeful.

Massive market though if they can get a piece.

Nice - a first distribution agreement for OxiChek is with the mighty Cardinal Health (via Aero-Med). And some orders already placed:

The price movement simply reflects the recent gap up to $2.14 on the us quote.You don't seem to know what you are talking about, and it would be best if you said nothing.Hope that helps.

On May 11, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Akers Biosciences, Inc. amended our Amended and Restated By-Laws to reduce the quorum for a meeting of the stockholders, from holders of 40% in voting power of the outstanding shares of stock to the holders of 33.34% in voting power of the outstanding shares of stock. The reason for the Amendment is primarily to be able to obtain a quorum and conduct business at shareholder meetings.
