Imagine this:

l come up to you in the street and ask you to invest money in me.

You ask me what's the business and what my return will be.

I say there's no business as yet we're just a cash shell but we're looking to invest in the meat free revolution. One day we hope to make a profit on your investment (in the mean time i'll pay myself a salary as need to feed myself and my kids).

You seem intrigued.

Would you invest?

NAV is around 8p allowing for fund raise / dilution,= 60%+ premium

plus,,,
Jim Mellon will, where possible and only to the extent he deems necessary, conduct his own due diligence on potential investments. As part of his due diligence process, he will generally but not always meet the management team of any given company before investing.

If Jim Mellon decides to invest personally in any given company he will, in his discretion and if the company in which he is investing permits, inform Agronomics of the general details of his investment.

must surely present a compelling case for immediate investment..

Jim Mellon is clearly convinced there is signifcant upside here, otherwise he wouldn't have invested £1.1 million of his own cash.
