Because if they grind it down to a lower price they will get more from their shorts, and even more multiples on the way back up.

EDIT: but for the rest of this week they might just let the leash loose ;-)

Surely instead of grinding this down why not just go long as at 13p there can't be more of a downside compared to many multiples of upside

jeesh.... it's being manipulated down by Mr. AT for a reason.... very little volume.

You can't blame punters for not wanting to get involved with this when you can visually see this happening day after day. Even though market sentiment is not good today I don't think it would have made any difference to this share.

Errr refinancing would see this rerate quickly, all shorts would go long, remember this was 2 quid less than 10months ago and over 60p 3 months ago, it is priced for liquidation, the announcement today shows the market knows nothing about what is going on with the company

In some ways it good to see a little stability on the chart. Hope for steady increase at some point. May attract more punters if chart looks stable with slow increase.

But with this anything is possible

The timeline will be dictated by the debtholders -- AMI is not in the driver seat here so they cannot give a timeline. It will be a negotiation between Jefferson/Standard Charted Bank and the debt holders.

Having seen LOND fall, and the recent positive chess moves by AMI, I'd like to think the debt holders will want to move to a positive resolution for all sharpishly.

I wad going to buy more this morning glad I didn't. This is a crazy share. No one on the bb can second guess it. Hope small pi are not gonna be screwed. Worrying who the seller is now who is causing this fall.
