03/11/2014 17:16 | Timis seemed to steal 50m from the company for some transactions the other directors did not know about and could buy back the company from the receivers for that price so guess he would rather have 100 per cent of company than 12 per cent. As long as timis is about the city just does not know what is around the corner which is a great shame. I hope the company can deliver profits very soon and refinance the loans. I would not have timis negotiating the refinancing as he may not want these to be successful ! | ![]() hdb
03/11/2014 16:40 | Sweep Q3 could come anytime doesn't have to be tomorrow | ![]() newswseller
03/11/2014 16:39 | If timis corp chucked in 70$m to refinance LOND which was a total busted flush then AMI should have no trouble. Everyday the investment case gets better with all the cost cutting | ![]() newswseller
03/11/2014 16:31 | CR2 contact IR as I will do, but await Q3 first and see what they say with regards to refinancing | ![]() newswseller

03/11/2014 16:00 | Newsletter good point however is there any possibility the Chinese would be reducing stake? There is obviously a very distressed seller and personally would say it is a magin seller but can't carry on forever? | ![]() kirk 6
03/11/2014 15:56 | Because there would be massive competition, plus the Chinese hold something 12.5% of the equity whereas frank has 12.8%.. The Chinese ain't gonna sit back and watch their 1.5b investment get stolen from them | ![]() newswseller
03/11/2014 15:53 | This question needs answering from Howard HDB - 03 Nov 2014 - 13:45 - 2712 of 2724 - 0So if timis thinks he can get a better deal out of taking over bust companies why would he not be willing to see AMI go the same way ? Us there anything stopping the newly found Timis corp coming to the rescue again ? Wiping out the loans and the Chinese in one go ? I suspect Frank is simply not trusted by the City and so is holding the recovery back until the finances are more sustainable Howard | ![]() kirk 6
03/11/2014 15:39 | Going to buy this at 10p soon | taf420
03/11/2014 15:39 | It's probably a lot higher than 2% as on those over 0.5% have to be disclosedBut that doesn't mean the share price should continue to act the way it does | ![]() newswseller
03/11/2014 15:37 | Wow. What on earth does it need to get this going. Unbelievable. | ![]() sapper2476
