10/10/2014 12:35 | Not sure moreforus, I think there may be more selling (capitulation) to come... I would be happy if we found stability above 0.4p which I think is likely... then wait for good news in the coming weeks...NAI | cyberbub

10/10/2014 10:14 | Yes, the real spread is 0.4 - 0.45 as I predicted. The trades this morning are mopping up the 0.4p sells yesterday IMO. Encouraging to see buying on a day like this IMO...NAI | cyberbub

09/10/2014 21:58 | Another DL share on the slide. Hope there isn't a placing planned? | dosser2
09/10/2014 12:30 | Contrary to panickers' statements, the 118M new shares traded today have not been immediately dumped... why?.. because they are all being held by the employee trust as I said!Of course when they are eventually given to employees then they will eventually be sold... like all shares... but hopefully not for quite some time!Remember that the 'admin' (ie salaries) cash outflow here is very low, as per the recent results... so no worries about running out of cash...I do agree that some news updates would be helpful soon!NAI | cyberbub
09/10/2014 12:10 | its a steel at these prices....pi$$ed i bought higher in significant quantity...but no rush... | 5baggersrus

07/10/2014 13:18 | Ebola moved to Spain now. | blueball
06/10/2014 17:54 | The drop from 0.7p is ridiculous and overdone. A nice top up opportunity at 0.5p | acta_topup
06/10/2014 10:31 | Seems possibly a bit of demand around these levels?... 0.52 - 0.56 is the real spread...GLA NAI | cyberbub
04/10/2014 00:11 | If I understand this correctly:The company is paying to issue a bunch of shares to the EBT... The shares will be admitted to the market, but only as an EBT holding - in other words the EBT will appear as a major shareholder holding 9%...The EBT shares could be given in due course to employees, consultants etc - who may or may not decide to sell...Is that correct? If so we should be pleased that they were paid for at 0.1p per share!... would we be happier if the company had paid for them at today's SP?? Looks to me like a cheap way to get employees and consultants to work for the company.. ie. pay a £50K consultants bill by giving them 10M shares with the share price at 0.5p, would mean that we shareholders got the consultants' services at 0.1p per share, an 80% discount? | cyberbub
03/10/2014 20:25 | Share incentive plan is normal in most companies..and a great way to align employees with shareholders. Also in terms of salary package...you attract better talent. If they dont perform..they dont get the shares ! | 5baggersrus |
