Agreed it is a bit cheeky to issue a bunch of shares at almost zero... but that's how it works with these microcaps... you gotta play the game and accept that the directors and employees will get a bunch of shares one way or the other... the shares are still worth a lot more to them at say 5p than at 0.5p! If you believe that Lenigas will deliver in the medium term (and he certainly has with LGO, REM, SOLO etc this year!) then we just need to grin and bear it as we hang onto his coat-tails!!! LOL

Looking forward to progress here in the next 6 months...

par for the course for AIM....cesspit...

(a decent co. issues options exercisable at the current market price....
that way the option holders only get rewarded if the share price goes up....
and if so...then shareholders dont mind so much....
it is what NBI has done...

shares at 0p is imo theft......especially when 9% of the co.
and puts the dirs. in the class of dishonourable imo...
so I wont ever be buying any of these shares...

(options should also imo require the persons to own shares relative to their salary and the number of options.....otherwise they might take big risks...and fail.....)

Yep always a great employee incentive.....especially good from our side if they have a vesting period.

And it should not lead to any imminent dumping of the shares because they are only being issued and then held in 'storage' for employees in future... ?

Yes reasonably encouraging results... many people will not have had time to react in market hours... let's see what happens tomorrow... it's encouraging that we've had a couple of days of increased volume on a steady SP, while the cheap shares you could buy a few days ago at 0.56p seem to have dried up, it was 0.59 to 0.61 to buy even small amounts this afternoon...GLA NAI
