Impossible to believe that this could be allowed to happen to a FTSE 250 company! So sorry for long term holders who held on.

I would guess shareholders would be considerably better off, but the BOD would be out seeking employment!

Are the BOD supposed to act in shareholders interests or their own?

The shares have probably been bought up for a no vote then shareholders are completely wiped out!

It's exactly the same as what happened at Yell. Profits were strong from digital, but these were hidden by the board during the bond holder takeover.
