Announcement of Guarantor accession

The Board of Clarion Housing Group Limited announces that Circle Thirty Three Housing Trust Limited has acceded as a guarantor under the security trust deed originally dated 20 December 2005 (as amended and restated on 4 July 2008) (the Security Trust Deed).

As a result, the Guarantors pursuant to (and as defined in) the Security Trust Deed in respect of the GBP250,000,000 5.981 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2038 issued by Affinity Sutton Capital Markets plc and GBP250,000,000 4.25 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2042, also issued by Affinity Sutton Capital Markets plc, are now:
