Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the global provider of media and entertainment technology solutions to network operators, announces that it has been notified that the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 9 October 2018:

- Donald McGarva, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 132.6 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Donald McGarva and his PCA's are beneficially interested in 544,698 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital; and

- Mark Carlisle, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 3,751 Ordinary Shares at a price of 132.95 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mark Carlisle and his PCA's are beneficially interested in 8,751 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
