Amerex Group Renews Contract

NEW YORK, Aug. 27  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amerex Group, Inc. (OTC:AEXG) (BULLETIN BOARD: AEXG) , the New York based hazardous waste transportation and logistics firm announces that its operating entity (ERS) Environmental Remediation Specialists has renewed a 3 + year contract to provide emergency response services for a large transportation company.  The contract takes effect August of '07 thru June '11 for emergency environmental responses, disaster services and logistical response needs.  The contract applies to any facilities or incidents that coincide within an Amerex service area.

Amerex will provide personnel, equipment and supplies in an effort to manage any hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated.  Chief Operating Officer, Stephen K. Onody said, "This is a big step in our continued growth as we look to broaden our scope of services."
