I guess that it's probably not all selling. Whatever the quoted spread (say 92.2-93.6) the true spread is maybe very narrow. I haven't tested this.

Market now appears to be 91.25/92.00. No seller in sight - just tried to buy a bunch at 92 and could not get filled.

Yeah, I checked about half an hour ago and the full 91p ask at the time was the best I got offered. Well done those who took advantage.

I've not added for the time being, and will watch in case market disruptions from the b- word causes a better buying opportunity

These lower prices have vanished and the best I could buy at was 92p. I didn’t but the big seller seems to be out (for now).

Worth noting that AEWL is weak as well. No other REITs that I am aware of have softened this much the past week or so, so someone has it in for AEW for now.

And a dummy buy was offered at 90.20p.

Some of these reits represent real opportunity imo. You don't need more than a few 100k invested somewhere like this to sail happily into the sunset. I'll certainly be looking to add on weakness.

More likely to be those who bought following the IC recs, and who drove the share price up, and now selling back.

Looks like the big seller is back.
Got some more at 90.3p this morning. Not bad as the spread was showing 90.2-92.6 at the time.
8.8% yeild after costs, 2.2% every 13 weeks tax free in an ISA.

Nice to see the rise; chart suggesting 95p quite quickly. Luckily bought a few at 91p this week; though only a few as was also buying ARTL & RLE.
