Contract Win
Adwalker, the AIM-listed specialist in wearable media solutions, announces that
it has signed a two year co-marketing agreement with eMusic.com Inc ("eMusic"),
the world's largest digital retailer of independent music and the world's
second largest digital music service after iTunes.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company, through the provision of the
Adwalker unit, will allow consumers to download eMusic content, in out-of-home
environments such as shopping malls, airports and music concerts, directly to
an iPod or MP3 player.
The agreement provides that Adwalker receives a share of the gross margin from
the sale of eMusic retail products and a fee for each trial subscriber that is
signed up for eMusic using the Adwalker platform.
