Further re Suspension: Appointment of Provisional Liquidator and resignation of
Nominated Adviser
Appointment of Liquidator
Further to the statement made on 8 July 2009, the Company announces that,
earlier today, Kieran Wallace of KPMG was appointed provisional liquidator to
the Company.
The affairs, business and property of the Company are now being managed by the
provisional liquidator. The provisional liquidator acts as an agent of the
Company without personal liability.
Resignation of Nominated Adviser
Following the appointment of a provisional liquidator to the Company, John East
& Partners Limited, the Company's nominated adviser has resigned with immediate
effect.
Trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended until the appointment of a
replacement nominated adviser and the Company's financial position is clarified.
If no such appointment is made by 17 August 2009, trading of the Company's
shares on AIM will be cancelled. If a nominated adviser is appointed by 17
August 2009, trading in the Company's shares will remain suspended until the
Company's financial position is clarified. If the suspension of trading is not
lifted by 8 January 2010, then trading of the Company's shares on AIM will be
cancelled.
