14/10/2016 09:30 | Hardly going to offer this if they weren't confident. | pyglet
14/10/2016 08:46 | Timing looks good. Don't need to apply until after planning meeting. IF approved without too many restrictions, should get decent uptick and uptake. | waterloo01
12/10/2016 22:01 | Next Tuesday. | daijavu
12/10/2016 18:08 | Fair enough. When's the planning meeting? I might just buy a few as an approval will see a bounce. | waterloo01
12/10/2016 17:56 | waterloo01. To be able to ask the question, you have to know the answer. Otherwise you would not know about the 15%. | daijavu
12/10/2016 16:39 | So who bought the 15% of shares? | waterloo01
11/10/2016 16:23 | That is a good find. Thanks | daijavu

11/10/2016 15:38 | Hi, I saw this on Zawya.com and thought of sharing with you. - Middle East patients visiting London will soon have access to pioneering proton beam cancer treatment | Zawya; - https://www.zawya.co | trustmeimastomach
11/10/2016 14:26 | LOL! You must have lost a lot on this share twirl? What is bizarre and inaccurate in my posts ? | igbertsponk
11/10/2016 14:10 | You must be dissapointed Igbert that planning will be approved having set your heart on denying London kids free cancer treatment. Your bizarre and innacurate posts today confirm that you are a pathetic individual. | twirl
11/10/2016 14:07 | The volume of buys is greater than the volume of sells. | daijavu
11/10/2016 11:18 | Yes altom - concentrate on my third para. Meanwhile, back at the ranch.... big sale notifications. | igbertsponk
11/10/2016 10:58 | Thank you gentlemen for your informative answers. I will not take much notice of igbert's second paragraph. He is well known as a sagger maker's bottom knocker ! | altom
11/10/2016 10:27 | altom. Howard de Waldon live in a different world to you or I. They own a very large number of the properties in Marylebone and a lot of Harley Street. They will have no difficulty finding the necessary residential space to swap with. They might even convert something earmarked for commercial use to residential. Their resources also mean that they will have experienced people at the end of the phone ready to blitz the AVO site as soon as they get the go ahead. The conversion for AVO's use will not take anything like as long as it might if it were in the public sector. Hopefully it will also not be nearly as disruptive for the residents of the Mews as they fear. | daijavu
11/10/2016 08:39 | Can anyone tell me more about the extra residential space which must be created, 2200 sq. ft. in my language. How will they be able to produce this ? Out of a top hat? About the size of a 3 or 4bedroom house I think. | altom
10/10/2016 23:46 | I'm sure she is an estimable lady but she will not have a voice in the Committee meeting unless the Committee invites her to speak and she will not have a vote because she is not a member of the Committee. What happens off record outside the Committee chamber is anyone's guess. We will just have to wait and see what the Planning Committee decides. | daijavu
10/10/2016 19:47 | What will the planning committee decide? I see they have Dame Barbara Windsor to get past first as a resident of the Mews. Should make the council meeting lively at least. | waterloo01
08/10/2016 20:14 | The Public Protection and Licensing Environmental Sciences Department of Westminster City Council have recommended that conditions be applied to the planning consent requiring that noise and vibrations surveys be carried out on the equipment after it has been installed and that the equipment must not be used until approval of their use has been given by the Council. That is clearly a recommendation from at least one department that planning approval should be given. | daijavu
07/10/2016 20:56 | Waterloo01. Just a bit of general information about local government committees. They are mostly held in public but they are not public meetings where anyone can speak. Only members of the committee and officers of the council may address the committee, along with anyone else that the committee invites to speak. Any member of the public or press may attend but only as observors. They may not address the committee. If anyone heckles the committee they may be asked to leave. If the meeting is disrupted by hecklers who refuse to leave, the meeting may be adjourned to another time and/or place. If the council feels that the issue that led to the disruption cannot reasonably be decided in an open meeting because of the disruption, it may be held in camera or with just the press present. Whatever happens, the issue will be considered by the committee and the committee will reach a decision. If the would be hecklers want to hear the discussion they should keep quiet. They will have opportunities to object later if they don't like the decision. | daijavu
07/10/2016 09:57 | Its getting a bit tetchy and personal here, twirl and daijavu, isn't it ? Not like you. waterloo has made it abundantly clear on many occasions that he is a fan of proton beam therapy, but not this management's handling of it. The Metric funding fiasco makes me feel the same way. Hopefully the planning permission will proceed smoothly now and I will eventually come back into the fold with more confidence in the management. | luminoso |
