08/3/2013 15:21 | CEO repeats desire to grow to £500mln company.. https://www.youtube. she's got my money | ipoman2
08/3/2013 08:54 | I was expecting an acquisition, but not that big an acquisition. This will virtually double the revenues of the company. The only question is can they manage and reduce the new debt. The statement is optimistic the debt will come down quickly. Share price should have incorporated some of this news via the placing announcement, but still feel there is plenty of upward movement left - £1.10 should be a reasonable short term target. | paulisi
08/3/2013 08:41 | Very good statement IMO, and the market seems to like it, taking the price to an ATH. Last year net debt of 1.1m now net cash of 3m and a maiden dividend later this year. SCSW have this one in their portfolio but this update will obviously be too late for tomorrow's edition, so I would expect some comments in April. | cornishman33
28/2/2013 08:04 | imo there's an undisclosed reason for this. A bid or surprise offer for a company that's not too keen on being bought, or one that a.n.other wants as well. Very unlike management here to do things without a plan or reason. We'll probably know at/after the EGM or once funds are raised. | napoleon 14th
18/2/2013 16:38 | That is my expectation too | m.t.glass
18/2/2013 16:03 | without an acusition it partially does..... but i think they will announce an acq... which more than likily will be eqarnings acreative.. | leeson31
18/2/2013 16:01 | I thought she said they were not going to dilute??? | tallsiii

18/2/2013 12:12 | Price into the 90's now. Could we hit £1 by end of Feb? I'd be tempted to sell some at £1 | paulisi
15/2/2013 14:23 | IMO the markets have a lot of faith in Vin Murria CEO. She has a proven track record delivering a 10x Sp performance within 4 years at her previous post, named Woman of the Year for 2012 and a 10% shareholder herself in ASW | doctorc
15/2/2013 12:12 | Well please buy AVIA at a premium for me LOL | knigel
15/2/2013 12:10 | Quite rightly so. If the company invested 40-50m on acquisitions and a dividend payment, which was hinted at in November, then the growth potential is enormous. The aquisitions could amount to 15% of market capitilisation and with integrated cost reductions and increased growth added you can another 10m+ onto the market capilisation, which should force the price up. | paulisi
15/2/2013 11:25 | Funding was at a very small discount to the market price and only institutional investors were able to subscribe, but clearly the market likes it at the moment, as the price has reacted very well to the news. | cornishman33
15/2/2013 11:20 | The RNS is interesting and it looks like they have agreed some more acquisitions, but do not have the sufficient cash to proceed. This is only good news unless the rapid expansion causes problems. This could go up to £1 quite easily. | paulisi
15/2/2013 11:15 | 44 milion funding, any thoughts? | czarnikjak
05/2/2013 19:46 | Mvi is a cheap way in here. Price has hardly moved and yet they own a nice chunk here ! | jeanesy2

04/2/2013 13:15 | Indeed a nice breakout probably caused by the investment by M&G/Prudential to take their holding to nearly 17% Does anyone know the full list of declared corparate investors and their associated percentage ownership? | paulisi |
