On 27 October  2009 the Board  announced that following  consultation 
with certain key Shareholders, the Boards of the Company and ADMF had 
concluded that a supplementary prospectus would be published amending 
the date  of  the  first continuation  vote  for  Advance  Developing 
Markets Fund  Limited in  order to  be consistent  with the  approach 
taken by the Company. 
 
A supplementary prospectus has today been sent to Shareholders and  a 
copy will be available to view and download at  www.pro-asset.com and 
will also be available on request from the Company Secretary.  Copies 
are being been filed with the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
