                  Issue of Convertible Loan Notes and Warrants





The Company announces that in order to provide the Company with additional
working capital it has issued #105,263 of zero coupon unsecured convertible loan
notes to investors. The loan notes are convertible at any time within five years
of issue into ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 0.5p per share and
otherwise repayable at the end of that period. The loan note holders have also
been issued warrants to subscribe for a further 21,052,600 ordinary shares
exercisable at a price of 0.5p per share in the five years to 31 October 2011.
