Posted at 21/5/2007 08:49 by sandbank UPPOMPEII: If that was an exciting week you must lead a very quiet life - as indeed do I. Frankly ADP is an ideal share for investors who do not like turbulence or excitement or dividends ...or anything. |

Posted at 07/5/2006 08:00 by harry punter off topic i think every smaller company investor of aim stocks has to be a bit of a dreamer - it will be interesting to see which aim company becomes the first to reach the top ftse 100 companies ---------- who would have put money on wigan becoming a premier league club a few years back when they were strugling away in the non league division -- its amazing accrington stanley are back in the football league after a 45 year absence -a great achievment on shirtbuttons -a tight budget and plenty of local support -- imagine someone like old money bags at chelsea investing in acrington stanley -- gee whiz acrinton stanley playing in the european championship in 5 years lol with not one englishman in the sqaud -- theres even hope for jurgens millwall if you take the optimistic view -- mind you i would sooner hold a few million minster than millwall shares being a spurs supporter myself ;o) regards harry and the boys in dark glasses |

Posted at 07/10/2005 13:40 by leadersoffice I have made money out of Knifton's ventures mainly FGN which he is no longer involved with...just as well... cause it's tanking. However it was a good deal for OND investors who bought in just prior to the deal. His other cash shells this one and ATR, LHP are also on my screens. While very specualitive and high risk the downside is limited, and the upside is endless! |
Posted at 22/8/2005 11:29 by bishopawn Please note my correction to my last post with regard to the number of shares free floating in private investors. There were, I reckon, last November only 1,848,911 shares at the most available for private investors. Not alot. Infact, I think it could be much less than this with some of the buying since November. |
