2017 Annual Financial Report and Notice of AGM

ADES International Holding Ltd. (LON: ADES), the London-listed company providing offshore and onshore oil and gas drilling and production services in the Middle East and Africa through its subsidiaries, today announces that the following documents were mailed to the Company's shareholders on 25 April 2018:
-- Annual Financial Report 2017 -- Notice of Annual General Meeting and accompanying Proxy Form
A full pdf version of the Annual Financial Report 2017 together with the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting and associated Proxy Form will shortly be available for download on the Company's website at: investors.adihgroup.com
Furthermore, in accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, each above mentioned documents are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, which will shortly be available to be viewed at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Company will be holding its first Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2018 at 8:30 pm (Dubai Time) at Index Tower, Gate Boulevard, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
