Just a quick question. If you hold this share in an ISA and the cash offer by SINOPEC goes through, presumably you cannot reinvest the cash back in your isa wrapper..?

Mr Gandur:

We are "excited" that the Addax "legacy of growth will continue".

There is "still an immense opportunity" for growth going forward.

Senior management will continue.

Kurdistan is a "fascinating growth story"

The "most exciting" development is acquiring the Pathfinder!

After Mr Gandur finished he accepted questions.

The first question was from an immaculately-dressed twenty-something gentlemen who asked about the prospectivity of the JDZ.

Mr Gandur replied that the "prospectivity looks high".

That there is a "near certainty" of encountering hydrocarbons. He explained that the real unknown was if they would find liquid or gas.

Gandur said the Pathfinder will likely arrive in mid or late August.

The next question was about Kurdistan:

I didn't really pay too much attention but he had some positive reply and added that the same and goes for DNO and Heritage and other Canadian companies in Kurdistan. He said he didn't mind "doing a promotion" for them"...

That's about it. There was only two questions!

So sorry this lame reporter was unprepared with a pre-formulated question and too dull-witted to formulate a question on the spot to entice Mr Gandur to "do a promotion" for ERHC.

Unfortunatly we will not be able to the AGM but Chet on the Ihub ERHE board will attend the AGM and hopefully we'll read his findings.

A share rarely goes to the bid price immediately as there is always a risk that the deal may not actually get done after all it is still subject to approval. Once the bid is accepted and there is no going back and all the risk is removed then the price will finalise out

Why hasn't this gone up to $52 in toronto?
Is there a possibility of counter bid from one of the other companies?
I think the press got candian dollars mixed up with american ones!
