NAV is now £2.05 again and is 16% below asset value

RNS this morning:

"The repayment of the Company's bank loan and the issue of zero dividend preference shares, was completed in December 2011. As a result the revenue projections for the current financial year have increased and the directors now expect that a dividend of 3.0 pence per Ordinary Share payable every quarter can be sustained throughout the year."

On an share price of 183.5 (rising), this implies a yield of about 6.5% (paid gross). So I have got back in.

The wind up depends on a vote by shareholders -but they would have mixed feelings ,I bet , given the performance over the last few years.

good to c this has breached 200p...its due for the vote...but who knows how tht one goes...or what the managers will propose as an ongoing vehicle
