My thinking too it could easily double or more from here. That sell 9k at 9.7p made no difference to the limits, someone may be buying behind the scenes. At this level the risk of a loss is small so I am going to see where we end up. No point in bailing for £100 IMO.

I suspect they have sold part of the group for more than the market cap of the business - see rns for details.

This will double at least if they have

1v1 10k/5k but the online limits are 50k/25k at 9.7p/9.72p. They want our shares so I would suggest holding onto them.

Real spread .002% very unusual for this stock. We could see a strong push north soon. I wonder what is going on in the background?

welshwiz good timing

1v1 10k/5k 9.5/9.75 but they will take 50k off you at 9.7p and sell you 25k at 9.73p so actual spread very tight

AW

Just been taken by the look of it

Some general sector stuff:

Paaleads launches debt and IVA leads
Story by: Sharon Flaherty Magazine: FTAdviser Published Monday , July 14, 2008
Paaleads.com is launching debt advice leads for brokers interested in debt management, individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) and Scottish trust deeds, effective 22 July.

The leads will be generated from moneysupermarket.com traffic and advisers will be able to request leads from specific postcodes or UK-wide, as well as choose how much they pay and how many they would like to buy.

Advisers buying an IVA lead will receive a prospective client who has a minimum debt of £15,000, over three or more creditors, or a minimum £10,000 for a trust deed lead.

If a lead does not meet the criteria shown for an IVA/ Scottish trust deed, but the client has debts of over £3,000, they will be classed as a debt management lead.

Simon Williams, head of business development at paaleads.com, said: "There has been enormous demand from our existing buyers and other advisors for these lead types.

"It can be a very stressful and worrying time for anyone facing debt problems and our new lead service enables us to put people who are actively seeking debt advice in touch with advisors who are best placed to offer expert help and guidance."

Paul Wilson, channel manager of debt solutions at Moneysupermarket.com, added: "With traditional lending solutions becoming few and far between, indebted consumers are turning more and more to debt solutions to cope with financial strain.

"With Britain's personal debt increasing by £1m every 4 minutes, this new lead service will bring provider and user together and present a solution to those actively seeking help."

Watched this one for a while now. This action is out of the ordinary though. Yes PF it did go up then back down but nothing like this. That 50k buy yesterday well over the offer does not seem so mad now.

Any thoughts

love it

M/CAP 2.2 MILLION DIRT DIRT DIRT CHEAP

RNS Number:6244O
Accuma Group
25 February 2008

IVA division has 5,906 live
IVA cases with future contracted revenue pre delinquency of £16.8m.,
representing a substantial book of business. Shareholders should note that
consolidation in this sector is gathering pace: the Board has received some
approaches which may lead to a satisfactory offer for the IVA business. With the
restructuring of this business now complete, the Board believes that the
realizable value of this business alone considerably exceeds our existing market
capitalisation. THIS RNS WAS PUT OUT WHEN THE share price WAS AROUND 15P

hami ... i feel the bit before that paragraph is more important

" I am pleased to say that this radical surgery seems to have stemmed losses: the business is currently trading profitably once again and continues to accept approximately 80 new cases per month. Acceptance rates have also improved to 85% (at one point acceptance rates had fallen to 78%)"

Increased new case rates and now running profitably. How many IVA companies can say that with a market cap of currently just over £2.5m ?
