17/6/2008 16:41 | By way of camparison with a competitor in the same marketspace, MDCG have a near identical market cap yet don't have the othe divisions that make profits and are also carrying not insignificant debt to mkt cap levels.... unless there is really something that we don't know (always a possibility) then ACG must be undervalued..... | asl1978
17/6/2008 13:58 | He's been filtered for years, he's incapable of keeping it real. | 8trader
17/6/2008 13:51 | Where as i do believe ACG is heavily undervalued and your points were correct i just wanted to clarify your points for a little clearer picture. hamidahamida - 17 Jun'08 - 13:36 - 3014 of 3014 NO DEBT M/CP BELOW 3 MILLION CASH AROUND 1 MILLION - £0.9m BEFORE earn out payments in respect of Byrom Keeley and Loan Line. 17/6/2008 13:41 | Debt Management Byrom Keeley, the informal debt management solutions business, has had a good start to the year with a significant increase in volume. This business has benefited from consumer concerns about the credit crunch, with disposable incomes continuing to be eroded by higher cost of living expenses and the consolidation of unsecured debt no longer an option for many consumers. Moreover, creditors are generally more positive towards debt management solutions. IVA The Group has 5,906 live IVA cases with future contracted revenue pre delinquency of £16.8m., representing a substantial book of business. ...Shareholders... should... note ..that consolidation in this sector is gathering pace: the Board has received some approaches which may lead to a satisfactory offer for the IVA business. With the restructuring of this business now complete, the ...Board believes... that the realizable... value of this ...business alone .. .. >>.considerably ...exceeds our existing market capitalisation. (NOTE.....WHEN THEY PUT OUT THIS RNS share price WAS 16P) The Group's debt management business continues to perform well, is experiencing significant growth and is favoured by conditions in the macro economy. The Board remains confident of its prospects. The Group is debt free with a current cash position (net of expected imminent earn out payments in respect of 2007 for Byrom Keeley and Loan Line) of £933,000. The measures taken will significantly strengthen the Group's balance sheet in the year ahead. Current cash flow is strong and the Board anticipates a much improved performance during 2008. | hamidahamida

17/6/2008 13:34 | well done you guys, looks like you timed it spot on | pictureframe
17/6/2008 13:28 | Maybe just maybe there may be something to this rise? | pictureframe
17/6/2008 12:13 | The last 10k was me, could not resist at these prices. AW | amazon_woman
17/6/2008 11:43 | Yeah i know, fools and their money ! However it's 0.2p to buy first thing and 0.35p to sell best price so it's only up 75% for even the first person in the door and most are still losing 33% if it does not move further so it makes a mockery of the "240%" showing dont it ! Bit like Acg, so many buys yesterday and today at 8.25p and higher and they are still only bidding 7.25p although higher online, mm's are tight in this stock. | 8trader
17/6/2008 11:40 | Hey Trader ... Harki's IGD is up 240% today | ihavenoclue
17/6/2008 10:44 | They had opened the limits up briefly allowing 37.5k at 8.28p offer but that has vanished and now it's 8.5p again for just 2.5k. 7.55-8.5p online now. Picked up a small amount for a trade. | 8trader
17/6/2008 08:39 | Pictureframe. Looking at online limits the question would be can the mm's actually keep it down. 6,75p showing but 7.38p bid online for 100k, offering just 2.5k at 8.5p. Usually when the limits are so good it's just a matter of time before the stock moves. | 8trader
17/6/2008 08:20 | Will be intersting to see if it hold yesterdays gains, it didnt last time | pictureframe
16/6/2008 20:21 | good job i topped up with my last 10k first thing this morning then :-) | ihavenoclue
16/6/2008 15:13 | maximum buy 2,500 shares - unbelievable.... | asl1978
16/6/2008 14:44 | mm's played a blinder here, extremely short of stock so they all widen the spread to a impossible 1.75p to kill the buying and it worked a treat. Hats off ! | 8trader
16/6/2008 14:14 | 5p target is too low for ACG IMHO | ihavenoclue
16/6/2008 11:36 | It's actually 7.12p bid for 100k v 8.5p offer for 5k. Brilliant limits but a impossible spread to work with until the mm close it up either way. | 8trader
16/6/2008 11:02 | Yep, 5k limit to buy at 8.5 or sell 37,500 at 7.1 | asl1978
16/6/2008 10:58 | bloody hell everytime it starts getting near my 5p target it suddenly rises, last time was 16% rise | pictureframe
16/6/2008 10:56 | Wondering why all the 5k buys, that is the online buy limit. Looks like the mm's are running low on stock. edit...8.5p offer for just 5k on that spread..they are having a laugh. | 8trader
16/6/2008 09:13 | I can also confirm that I am not a shorter or the same person.... I bought these ages ago and sold out near the top. Came back when they were at 30p and have fingers crossed for a return to those levels... | asl1978
13/6/2008 23:44 | 8Trader - 13 Jun'08 - 22:47 - 2993 of 2994 I dont short shares, wish i did sometimes, i'm just looking at news and the chart, if things are ok then why does the company just say something like what others do, it would take a few minutes for them to instruct the stock exchange to put out a rns to say all is fine. ==================== I don't think ACG is that kind of company and feel the value should show through but the market feels differently. As it was pointed out to me by the CEO he holds 22% and is more than eager for the true value to show through. They said in March, when the share price was 16p, that they feel the IVA book value on it's own is significantly higher than the market cap and now look where we are ... share price at 7p. If they released an RNS saying "all is fine" it would have even less impact than the statement of true value of company. Or do you disagree ? | ihavenoclue |
