On 20 April 2012,Absolute Return Trust Limited (the "Company") purchased its own shares at the following price:

These Sterling shares will be cancelled.
Following this purchase and cancellation the Company's issued share capital will consist of the following:
Sterling shares 153,625,901 Euro shares 9,372,854
The total number of shares with voting rights in the Company will therefore be 162,998,755.
