Further to the announcement of 13 December 2012, Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM) and its affiliate Permal announced the completion of the acquisition of Fauchier Partners, the Company's Investment Manager, from BNP Paribas Investment Partners on 13 March 2013.
