DECLARATION OF FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Company announces the payment of the fourth quarter interim dividend in respect of the year ended 30 September 2022 of 3.6 pence per ordinary share (2021: 3.4 pence per ordinary share) and brings the total dividend for the financial year to 14.4 pence per ordinary share (2021: 13.6 pence per ordinary share).

This fourth interim dividend will be paid on 27 January 2023 to all shareholders on the register as at 23 December 2022. The ex- dividend date is 22 December 2022.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRIP")

The Company has in place a DRIP which allows shareholders to use their dividends to purchase further ordinary shares in the Company. The last election date to participate in the DRIP is 6 January 2023.
