The Company announces that it has repaid and cancelled in full its unsecured GBP6 million multi-currency revolving facility agreement with The Bank of Nova Scotia, London Branch , of which GBP5.5 million was drawn down.

Following the repayment of this facility, the Company is now ungeared.
