PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

 

On 1 October 2024, the Company purchased in the market 79,266 Ordinary shares at a price of 219.0 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

 

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

 

154,828,755 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

40,104,634 Ordinary shares held in treasury

194,933,389 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
