PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

 

On 22 May 2024, the Company purchased in the market 75,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 212.8667 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

 

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

 

160,278,766 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

34,654,623 Ordinary shares held in treasury

194,933,389 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
