PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

 

On 16 April 2024, the Company purchased in the market 166,023 Ordinary shares at a price of 208.1691 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

 

Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

 

163,553,015 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

31,380,374 Ordinary shares held in treasury

194,933,389 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
